The worse hit areas are Volks and Iyana-Iba Bus-stops, where because there are just one or two traffic officers controlling traffic, motorists spend hours on a journey that should not take more than three minutes. If any, they were emergency traffic officers that got held up in traffic, and leave the scene immediately their vehicle is cleared off the traffic.
